What's New at Extra Divers in El Quseir

Wrecks and underwater monuments belong to the most fascinating diving destinations in the world and are an significant part of our world heritage sites. Frequently, recreational divers are the first to discover or come in contact with the centuries untouched monuments for the first time. They themselves are often unaware it is an archaeological site. The World Underwater Federation, CMAS, together with UNESCO underwater archaeologists, have created the "Underwater Cultural Heritage Discovery Course" in order to inform and raise awareness among divers and to protect the underwater cultural heritage. For the first time, a German-language multiplier course, in collaboration with Extra Divers Quseir and the family-friendly Moevenpick Resort El Quseir, is performed in Egypt, November 1-6, 2015. The course's aim is the preservation of the archaeological underwater world and to train interested CMAS scuba divers how to safely experience it. Upon successful completion of the multiplier course, participants can pass on their knowledge in their own courses to recreational divers. Everyone is welcome to learn more about our underwater cultural possessions in a “Knowledge Vacation”, presented in a pleasant atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The trip is of course personally tailored for you, by our partner
